Supported Employment Services Award (SES Award)
Our Voice Australia has represented supported employees and families for over twenty years before the Fair Work Commission (FWC), working to ensure job security for thousands of workers and the ongoing viability of disability enterprises. These efforts culminated in the FWC deciding on a new wage structure and classification system in December 2022. Click on ‘read more’ to view a summary of the SES Award.
